We are pleased to inform you that Russell Byers Charter School has implemented a provision known as the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). This program is available to schools and districts that are participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. All enrolled students of Russell Byers Charter School are eligible to receive a nutritional breakfast and lunch each school day at no charge to your household. No action is required of you. Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without paying a fee or submitting an application.
Russell Byers Charter School partners with a food services management company called, BTC Foods Inc and The Nutrition Group to supply nutrition meals each school day for students. Our menu includes a vegetarian option.

How it Works
Breakfast is served upon arrival each school day. Students eat within the classrooms.
Lunch is served in the cafeteria at designated grade-level lunch times vary by grade level.

- Breakfast 8:30 am - 9:30 am
- Lunch 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
