Required Documents

Upon acceptance through the lottery, the following documentation is required:

  1. A copy of the child's Birth Certificate and

  2. A copy of the child's Social Security Card and

  3. A copy of one of the following documents to use for Proof of Residency, which includes the issuer's name/official logo and address, a recent date, and the custodial parent's name and address:

    • A recent PECO or PGW bill
    • A Pennsylvania Vehicle Registration Card
    • A recent pay stub

If you are delivering the Application for Admission in person, please bring it to the Russell Byers Charter School, 1911 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:45 pm.
