Spring Social, April 2008
The first Alumni Association Spring Social was held on April 26, 2008. Its purpose was to introduce the newly formed RBCS Alumni Association and to offer the RBCS alumni an opportunity to get reacquainted with former classmates. RBCS 5th grade students entertained alumni and their families with a dance performance. Alumni were also treated to a tour of the future Student Learning Center being built on the lower level. The Social allowed the alumni of the Russell Byers community a chance to reconnect, celebrate the recent forming of the Association and to learn of promising future events.
